Difficulty navigating!

Hi all
I have to say I am finding this site somewhat difficult to navigate. I have looked at the thread below (JNewall who has put up a lesson plan) but I can't find the lesson plan she speaks of. Can anyone help> I would love to be a bit more pro-active but it's a tad off putting...could well be my lack of logical thought of course!
