Hello, my name is Michele Jackson [remember Michele with one 'l'] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A bit about me ...... My home town is Sydney, Australia My interest is in all equine disciplines from horse racing including throughbreds and harness through to performance and recreational horse activities. My profession is Training and Development Consultant, mainly focussed in the VET - Vocational Education and Training sector. I have many years experience in developing national training standards and associated resources for the racing industry, various animal care and management industry sectors. More recently I have been project managing a number of Indigenous learning programs, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. Learning more about the Australian Aboriginal Culture and Working on Country etc. has been really informative. Some of this work has led to very successful training and employment outcomes for some of the Indigenous participants. __________________________________________________________ This wiki ..... What do I bring to this venture? Well, I offer my project facilitation and communication skills and approaches to try and keep the momentum going ...
